Our food supplies are delivered up to six days a week ( the vendors are closed on Sundays ) so that we have the freshest products available. Our cooks arrive early each morning to begin the preparation of your food. We fry our chips and other products every morning ( no preservatives) at each location—never delivered already fried! The chef begins their day by blending the ingredients ( Casa Olé’s own secret recipes ) which create the two best sauces in town!
